This tutorial was written using PSP 9, but should work with any version of PSP.
Supplies needed:
3 images of your choice (I also used 3 tubes of the 3 same images but this is optional)
The artwork I am using is by Deacon Black. You can purchase his work at CILM. Do not use
the same images/tubes without purchasing them first.

Open a new canvas 700x700 in size with a white background. We need a large area to workw
with so that we can resize and rotate our frames. You can always crop later.
Grab a paper from the kit, I used autumn kiss paper 06, and add as new layer. Apply the
UF14 mask that I supplied..merge group. Then go to Adjust..Add Noise and add noise around
40% Uniform or use your DSB Flux Bright Noise plugin with close to the same settings.
Open your frame, I used embell 11 from the kit, copy n paste as new layer, resize as
needed depending on how large your images are. I went to Image..Rotate and rotated the
image 90 degrees to the left. Duplicate the frame 2 times for a total of 3 frames. On the
2nd frame go to Image...Rotate and rotate to the left by 20 degrees. On the 3rd frame,
rotate again but this time 20 degrees to the right. Arrange your frames so that the middle
frame is on top and the rotated frames are on each side.
Highlight and make active your top center frame. Grab your magic wand..tolerance 0 and
feather 0, and click inside the frame. Go to Selection, Modify, Expand by 3. Copy n paste
one of your images as a new layer and resize so that it fits inside your frame as you want
it. When you have it, go to Selections...Invert and hit delete on the image layer. This should
get the extra image deleted from around your frame. Repeat these steps with your left and
right frames. Add a Drop Shadow to each frame of 2, 2, 30, 2.89 with a dark color that
matches your images.
Optional addition of tubes:
Since I had both the images and the tubes for the artwork I used, I copied n pasted the tubes
as new layers, resized as needed and set them so that their wings appear to be coming out
of the frames. I also added the same drop shadow to my tubes.
I used the ribbon embellishment 02, resized and rotated one to the left 20 degrees and one
to the right 20 degrees, and set them on top of the rotated frames. I also added the same
drop shadow as we used before.
Now for your text. Pick a font of your choice, I used Caramel Candy with a darker foreground color
that matches my images #ac561c. Type our your name or your words to go on top of the frames,
convert to raster layer. Go to Adjust...Add Noise and add noise about 40% Uniform. While still
on your text layer, go to Selections..Select All...Selections..Float....Selections..Defloat..
Selections..Modify..Expand by 3 and used a different, lighter color that matched my images
#ffd269. Selections...Select None. Repeat the drop shadow we have been using.
